control board has recently issued a few permits for limited restaurants in Jonesboro Ar to be able to
serve liquor so long as it is to members. These restaurants have a membership fee (for alcohol
consumption only, dining only is no membership required) and usually is only about $5.00 to $15.00
for one membership and the other members of the party are considered guests of that person and will
be allowed to order drinks as well, if in fact they are 21 years old or older.
