always have pizza delivered. Our
order is usually correct with only a few
minor flaws such as cut the wrong way
or left out an extra spice packet. We
love Papa Johns pizza!

ordered 3 pizza's totaling over
$30.00 and it was over 2 hours before we
got our order. When it arrived our
food was cold, greasy and no good. We
called the store to complain and
was told to contact the main office. After
doing so we received a
complaint number and email stating they
would look into the problem. We
tried contacting the store manager a few
times and never heard back from
them. In March of 2007 I contacted the
main office once again and have
never heard back from them.
If this is their idea of customer service,
perhaps they should check
into buying a book to explain it to them.
WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS
PLACE AGAIN.
