Favorite dish :The buffet, but NOT
ANYMORE
My comments or suggestions :We were
there as part of my
daughters birthday group. The floor
was filthy and the food bar had not
been cleaned in a long time. They
were not too busy and there was no
excuse for the place looking like it did.
Several others around us were
complaining as well. We talked to the
manager who seemed like it
couldn't matter less to him. We sent in
the customer survey card provided
and heard from the main office, "We
will have someone from our district
or regional office check on it". This was
the only contact we had, a
letter, which is probably auto
generated. My dad did get a telephone
contact from the office they told him
they would have a district manager
check on the problem. We have NOT
heard anymore since then and WILL
NEVER GO BACK. It was a terrible
experience, not our first (last time we
had vowed not to return but had hopes
things had changed)but things have
not changed in over a year. Sorry to
say what was once a nice re!
staurant is now filthy and not worthy of
mention when asked about a
good place to eat in Jonesboro.

the past year, partly due to the various
civic groups that meet there. I have
always been pleased with the good food
and friendly service I have received. I
believe it is one of the better Ryan's I
have ever visited. The Manager and his
wife are very friendly and helpful!
